How to Register
On-line registration: Registration online is now available for our fall 2012 Programs. Following the links from a specific course description page or from the Registration Forms link on our side navigation menu will take you to this page. From here simply choose the appropriate registration form for you (online or paper).
Paper registration: Registration forms are also available as PDF's from this webpage and at our office. They can be mailed or hand delivered to: CCE-TC, 615 Willow Ave. Ithaca, NY 14850. Following the links from a specific course description page or from the Registration Forms link on our side navigation menu will take you to this page. From here simply choose the appropriate registration form for you (online or paper).

Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policies
Payment Policy: We request payment in full when you register. A non-refundable deposit (amount depends on program) is required to hold your space. Full payment is due 3 weeks before program start date: if not received you may lose your space and deposit.
How to make a payment or deposit: Checks can be made payable to Primitive Pursuits and be mailed or hand delivered to: CCE-TC, 615 Willow Ave. Ithaca, NY 14850 or you can pay by phone with a credit card. Please call our office Monday - Friday, 9AM-4:30 PM: 607-272-2292 ext. 195. Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel or leave a course for any reason...
1. 22 or more days prior to the program starting date; you are entitled to a full refund, minus the deposit.
2. Between 8 - 21 days prior to the program starting date; Primitive Pursuits will retain half the program tuition.
3. Fewer than 8 days prior to the program starting date and once the program has begun; there will be no refunds.
Applying for Scholarships: Limited scholarships are available. Funds are generated via our sliding scale fee on a program to program basis. Thus, scholarships are limited to the sum of these funds, and are awarded based on equitable distribution. Full scholarships are only considered under extenuating circumstances, and scholarship applicants should expect to pay at least half of tuition. Sibling discounts may also be available for some programs. To request a scholarship form, please call our office: 607-272-2292 ext. 195 or email primitivepursuits@cornell.edu.
Other Information
Verification of space prior to registration: If you are wondering whether or not there is currently space in any given upcoming program please call our office Monday - Friday, 9AM-5PM: 607-272-2292 ext. 195 or email primitivepursuits@cornell.edu.
Confirmation: If space is available for any given program, you will receive a confirmation by email after you have completed your registration form, made a deposit or paid in full and sent in all required forms.
Required Forms: We require that you complete, sign, and return (online or paper) our program registration form prior to participation in all courses. Because of the ever-changing nature of medical and other requested information, we require that a new form be completed for each season you or your child attends. Summer Camp programs also require a current immunization record for each participant.
