Policy Statement In accordance with the New York State Clean Indoor Air Act and because the Association is committed to providing a healthy, comfortable, and productive work environment for all employees, smoking is prohibited in the building and in Association vehicles. This is also a fragrance-free work place.
Disciplinary Action - Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
