Public Relations - The courteous, professional treatment of our constituents and the public is critical to The Associations continued success. Employees will represent the Association in a polite and professional manner at all times.

Media Relations - All requests for information from the media (e.g., television, radio, and newspaper) regarding administrative or employment related topics affecting the Association must be referred to the Executive Director, or designee. All media requests for program-related information within the Association may be handled by the Program Manager. The Executive Director or designee must approve all press releases, publications, articles, and any other documents for release to the media in advance, unless otherwise authorized in advance.
