Policy Statement - The Association requires each employees dress and grooming to be appropriate to the work situation.
Standards Employees must present themselves in a neat, clean, and appropriate manner that reflects a good image to our clientele and the public. This includes personal hygiene and grooming.
Employees are prohibited from wearing clothing that does not present a business like appearance for a public sector, educational environment.
Acceptable personal appearance is a requirement for continued employment with the Association. The Association reserves the right to require employees to conform to the standards of personal presentation and appearance.
