GIAC/MRC Annual Meeting

Please join the Greater Ithaca Activities Center (GIAC) and the Multicultural Resource Center (MRC) at their combined Annual Meeting on Wednesday May 25, 2011 at the GIAC gym in Ithaca. The theme for this year's Annual Meeting is "Human Rights Build Strong Communities" and will feature Laura Branca and Kirby Edmonds, Dorothy Cotton Institute (DCI) Sr. Fellows. Music will be provided by The Grady Girls.

MRC will award its Rere Sojourner Hassett Social Justice Award to a local community member who is an advocate for social and racial justice. GIAC will also be giving out their Good Neighbor Awards to a few special recipients.

Refreshments will be available and all are welcome. The event is free and open to the public.
