Why Do You Parent The Way You Do?

Many factors influence our children and how we parent.  Every family, every child is different and unique. Why do we do what we do? Why do we make the decisions we make?  Come together with others to share information and discuss issues that directly influence parenting and family life in this FREE 6- week series, led by trained facilitators Jenna Stroud and Edna Brown. Workshop discussion topics include: parenting styles and discipline, child development, cultural influences, and environmental issues.

Workshops meet on (6) Thursday evenings, 6:30-8:30 p.m., April 19, 26, May 3, 10, 17, 24 [Note: no one may join the class after April 26]. To register: call 272-2292 or email bas25@cornell.edu (put "parenting workshop registration" in the subject heading) For free child care please register at least a week ahead of time.
