Learn About Root Cellaring
Learn about winter food storage and root cellaring at this FREE workshop taught by CCE's Monika Roth. Learn about simple techniques for storing everything from apples to squash. Storage requirements and systems will be discussed. Storage can be as easy as a plastic bag in the refrigerator to an in-ground root cellar. It need not be expensive or complicated.
