Parenting: the Hardest Job in the World (Groton)

This free 8-class workshop led by Anna Steinkraus and Heather Sanford will help you learn how to talk with your child (of any age) using the five communication skills: Encouragement, Can Do, Choices, Self Control, and Respecting Feelings. This workshop reinforces the Second Steps skills children already are learning at Groton Elementary: Empathy, Impulse Control, Anger Management and Problem Solving.

Share your strengths with other parents/guardians, and learn new strategies you can use! Every parent comes out with something new! Workshop includes FREE classes and childcare. For FREE child care, register by Friday, March 4.

Class meets on Thursdays, 6:00-8:00 pm on March 10, 17, 24, 31 April 7, 14, 28 & May 5.  Call (607) 272-2292 to register.
