Learn all about how maple syrup is made - and its importance to NY State's agricultural economy - at this family friendly annual event, held at Cornell University's Arnot Teaching & Research Forest. Pancake breakfast, demonstrations, displays and a visit from the Cornell Raptor Program each day!
Pancake Breakfast: 8:00am each day. $6/person aged 5 and up
Demonstrations & Displays: 9:00am-4:00pm daily
Cornell Raptor Program: 9:00-11:00am each day
