Maple Weekend at the Arnot Forest

Learn all about how maple syrup is made - and its importance to NY State's agricultural economy - at this family friendly annual event, held at Cornell University's Arnot Teaching & Research Forest.  Pancake breakfast, demonstrations, and displays each day!

Schedule

Pancake Breakfast: 8:00am each day.  $6/person; $3/person under 5 years old
Demonstrations & Displays: 9:00am-4:00pm daily
Cornell Raptor Program: 9:00am-12:00Noon SATURDAY ONLY
