Boiling Water Bath Canning-Brooktondale

This class covers how to safely use a boiling water bath canner to preserve tomatoes, fruits or pickles. Participants will receive updated information on canning procedures and hands-on practice. However, no canned foods will be taken home. Space is limited to 12 participants.
