Preserving the Harvest with Home Canning

Learn the basics of canning, safety updates, the difference between Boiling Water Bath and Pressure Canning, and reliable sources of recipes and inforamtion.  Taught by CCE's Carole Fisher, offered through Trumansburg Community Education. 

$10/person or $7.50/person if you enroll in both classes in this Food Preservation Series: Preserving the Harvest on 9/13 and Rootcellaring on 9/20.
