Let's Preserve: Cranberry-Orange Chutney

If you've been wanting to try your hand at home food preservation, here's your chance to start by canning something easy and delicious! Led by a Cooperative Extension Educator/Master Food Preserver, you'll learn how to make a gourmet chutney and how to preserve it in a Boiling Water Bath Canner. Each adult participant will take home a jar of Cranberry-Orange Chutney.  Fee: $20/adult; $5/child (9 yrs and older) accompanying a registered adult. Registration and pre-payment is required by February 17th.
