If so, the Natural Leaders Initiative may be right for you!
We know that our community has many “everyday leaders” who often aren’t recognized or heard. We believe that things would go better for everyone if they were. But we also know that support helps. So does being around others who also want to improve things. NLI programs especially support everyday leaders from groups that aren’t well-represented in many decision-making groups: people of color, low- and moderate-income people, and immigrants.
