City Van
CityVan is the newest way to travel from the Town of Enfield, Newfield or soutwest Town of Ithaca to downtown Ithaca and back. Call 277-7777 to schedule your CityVan ride!
What is CityVan?
CityVan takes residents of the Towns of Newfield and Enfield and the Town of Ithaca between Bostwick Road to Route 13A and Rout 13 to and from down-town Ithaca, or for in-town trips. CityVan operates from early morning to early evening, Monday through Friday.
Flexibility
Call 277-7777 anytime day or night to reserve a trip on CityVan. Call at least 24 hours in advance for a ride at the time you want. For a same day trip, please call as early as possible. CityVan will try to meet last minute requests. If CityVan can't meet your request, they will use the information to improve service in the future.
Low cost
Adults over 18 years old pay $3.00 for a one-way trip. Up to 3 children, 5 years and younger, may ride free with an adult. Youth age 6-17 pay $2.00 for each one-way trip. Youth under 13 years must travel with an adult.
Adults pay $2.00 and youth pay $1.00 for one-way trips.
CityVan is eligible for DSS Working Families Transportation Assistance (call 274-5022).
Cancelling a trip
You must call 277-7777 to cancel a ride, at least two hours before your pick-up time. Help everybody ride CityVan by making cancellations on time.
