American Cancer Society Road to Recovery often has volunteers to take cancer patients for active cancer treatments, surgery and medications-related appointments, including into/out of Tompkins County. Ride requests must be made 5 business days in advance: (800) 227-2345.

Gadabout: Rides by reservation for people 60 or over, or people with disabilities. $1.50 per one-way trip within the City of Ithaca; $2.00 for trips that start or end outside city limits: 273-1878.
