Taxi, Livery & Car Service
Why use a taxi?
A taxi can be very useful part of your own personal ‘transportfolio,’ or ways of getting around. With on-demand, door to door service available day and night, taxis make a great back up strategy when other means fail or aren’t available.
An average car-owner pays about $20 a day, every day, for their own car. If you’re able to get around by some combination of walking, bicycling, the bus, carsharing, ridesharing, car rental and taxis instead, you could save thousands of dollars a year.
