What's in the bag?
5,000 energy saving bags were distributed to Tompkins County households on Saturday October 30th, 2011. Each bag contained:
- An energy saving compact fluorescent light bulb.
- A list of Upcoming energy efficiency events.
- Entry Form for the Lighten Up Tompkins Raffle. Residents could take the pledge to get on the path to energy efficiency and enter to win over $2,000 in prizes donated from local retailers.

- Path to Energy Savings. Find out the most cost-effective sequence to make energy improvements in your home.
- Finance your energy improvements. Find out how to get thousands of dollars of home energy improvements at no net cost to you!
