Commercial Production of Chinese Medicinal Herbs

Join us to learn about the domestic production of Chinese medicinal herbs. Jean Giblette of High Falls Gardens will give a presentation on this exciting emerging market for farmers and growers. High Falls Foundation has received funding from the New York State Farm Viability Institute to form a farmers' cooperative in NYS to begin production of Chinese medicinal herbs on a commercial scale. This presentation will provide information to farmers and growers that may want to explore this opportunity further.
