Enjoy FREE breakfast and giveaways at any of several locations around Tompkins County and on Cornell Campus from 7am -10am. Cornell University and Tetra Tech are a few of the local employers promoting an active commute by hosting breakfast on-site. You too can bike to work and encourage others to Bike to Work! For more fun, plan to meet friends and bike in together! It’s a Family Event! People of all ages are welcome. Learn tips from representatives of Bike Walk Tompkins, Recycled Ithaca Bikes, Aids Ride For Life, Finger lakes cycling club and more. All participants will be entered for a chance to win a special prize!
In Celebration of National Bike Month, and part of the community wide effort to improve conditions and awareness of bicycling as a viable means of transportation: a green, clean, healthy and beautiful way to get around.
