Originating in Nepal and Australia, International Mud Day is celebrated by thousands of children in dozens of countries worldwide as a chance to celebrate nature and the great outdoors by getting muddy.
Come to Ithaca Children's Garden for a day of mud-play in the Hands-on-Nature Anarchy Zone! Get ready to slide, wade, and make mud art, with our annual International Mud Day celebration of all things MUDDY!
Hosted in conjunction with U.S Fish and Wildlife, and Tompkins County Tourism Program, International Mud Day is open to the public, with a suggested donation of $5/person or $15/family. Dress to get MUDDY! Bring towels and extra clothes. Goes on rain or shine!
Suggested donation of $5/person or $15/family.
