This highly interactive workshop offers both a “developmental leadership” framework and practical tools to shift from trying to “motivate” others to intentionally recognizing and cultivating this existing leadership capacity.

In this highly interactive workshop, you will:
Fee: $75 (community non-profit organizations) or $90 (large non-profits and for-profit businesses). Fee includes handouts, healthy snacks and beverages. A limited number of partial scholarships are available for those who could not otherwise attend.
