An Inclusive Leadership Development workshop from the Natural Leaders Initiative (NLI)

Led by Margo Hittleman, NLI Coordinator

This highly interactive workshop will introduce you to a dynamic "developmental leadership" framework and provide practical tools for recognizing and developing diverse, inclusive, leader-full teams and organizations. Come learn how to tap one of your organization's greatest assets: the large, diverse pool of informal and emerging leaders that already exists all around you.

This workshop is designed both for those who already lead team those who want to build their capacity to do so.

In this highly interactive workshop, you will:

  • Explore a “developmental leadership” model and how it differs from other ways of thinking about leadership.
  • Learn to recognize, include and develop the "natural" (non-positional) leaders around you
  • Understand the key attributes & skills of inclusive "developmental leaders," assess your strengths and identify the attributes & skills you want to develop further.
  • Gain tools to systematically build and strengthen diverse leadership for your team and organization by integrating it into the work you already do
  • Identify specific, immediately implementable ways to apply these principles and skills to the work you're already doing.

Fee

$75 (small community non-profits); $90 (large non-profits, public & for-profit organizations
