Spring Propagation of Perennials

  • Wednesday, March 27, 2019, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Sean Dembrosky, owner of Edible Acres in Trumansburg, will lead this hands-on workshop on propagating edible perennial plants from cuttings, seeds and by layering. We will talk about techniques appropriate for many fruiting bushes, trees and herbaceous perennials that are simple straightforward and can be done with the tools you already have in your gardens THIS spring! Sean will also demonstrate taking cuttings and propagating willow and other useful woody plants. Participants will be able to take some propagation materials from these plants for their own gardens.
