  • Wednesday, November 6, 2019, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Led by Margo Hittleman, Coordinator, Natural Leaders Initiative; Resource Educator, CCE-Tompkins

Offered as a Special Professional Development Program by TC3 Biz

A wealth of evidence supports the power of incorporating diverse perspectives into organizational planning and decision-making. But how do you manage a decision-making process to maximize the potential of incorporating diverse, and even divergent, views and still reach closure in a reasonable amount of time?

In this lively, engaging workshop, you will learn a four-step decision-making process and practical tools applicable to a wide-range of group decisions and a variety of contexts.

You will learn:

  • How to use diverse perspectives to create robust decision-making frames
  • Why and how to welcome and manage constructive conflict
  • Practical tools for helping your team elicit and incorporate multiple perspectives for greater creativity and innovation
  • What not to skip when time is short and a decision is needed NOW!
  • How to learn from experience and create a culture of "failing well"
