Move Forward Tompkins

Move Forward is an educational program that is designed to help individuals identify steps that they can take to improve the quality of life for themselves and/or their families. Learn about the Stoplight Tool, a web-based self-assessment survey that defines what it means to be “doing well” in all areas of life (and aligned with the Social Determinants of Health: income and employment, housing and infrastructure, education and culture, health and environment, organization and participation, inferiority and motivations). The tool helps people see their strengths as well as stumbling blocks in a simplified way. It enables them to create their own Move Forward Plan to overcome barriers and challenges and connects them to the resources needed to move forward in the areas that they have decided to tackle. We invite you to participate and learn more here!
