Pre-Registration Form

Please use this form to pre-register for one of the Parents Apart workshop sessions offered by Cornell Cooperative Extension of Tompkins County. Be sure to leave either a phone number or an email address where we can contact you. Registration fee for this workshop is $60-$100.* If you are unable to make this payment or would like to be considered for a reduced fee, please indicate this in the "Comments" section below. Payment may be made in advance via mail, phone, in person, or on the day of the workshop. Childcare is not available for this workshop.

*Program fees are based on a self-determined sliding scale. Amounts over $60 are used to provide scholarships to those in need, and represent a tax deductible contribution to our program.
