Driving Directions
to 81 Sincerbeaux Road, Groton

FROM THE SOUTH:
South West: From Ithaca, points South on NY Route 13:
- Take Route 13 north to Triphammer Road
- Turn Left on Triphammer Road. Go to a flashing light at the intersection of Triphammer Rd and Peruville Road/Route 34B
- Turn Right on Peruville Road/Route 34B
- Turn Left on Pleasant Valley Road, which is the 7th left (VanOstrand Rd., Scofield Rd., Cobb St., Brown Rd, Sharpsteen Rd., Old Peruville Rd, Pleasant Valley Rd.)
- Continue on Pleasant Valley Rd. as it curves 90 degrees left at the Torok Rd. intersection.
- After Torok Road, take an immediate Right onto Sincerbeaux Road.
- Marlindale Farm is on the left, parking is across the road on the right.
South East: From Dryden, points South on NY Route 38
- Take Route 38 North through the Village of Dryden to the intersection of Freeville Road, where Route 38 turns to the left
- Turn Left onto Route 38 and stay on it through the Village of Freeville; along the way it becomes Groton Road
- At the intersection of Route 38 and Route 34B/Peruville Road, turn Left
- Take the first Right onto Pleasant Valley Road
- Continue on Pleasant Valley Rd. as it curves 90 degrees left at the Torok Rd. intersection.
- After Torok Road, take an immediate Right onto Sincerbeaux Road.
- Marlindale Farm is on the left, parking is across the road on the right.
FROM THE NORTH:
North West: Locke Road/NY Route 90/NY Route 38:
(Route 90/Locke Rd runs from King Ferry to Homer)
- Take Route 90 to the intersection of Route 38
- Turn Right on Route 38
- Turn Right on Tucker Hill Road, which is the 3rd right (Gruthers Rd, Cat Path Rd, Tucker Hill Rd.)
- Tucker Hill Rd ends at a T on Devlen Road; turn Left on Devlen Rd
- Devlen Rd makes a 90 degree turn to the right (it may also continue as a seasonal road; you want to turn right)
- Continue straight on Devlen Rd, which becomes West Groton Rd then Smith Rd
- Turn Left from Smith Rd onto Sovocool Hill Rd.
- Take the next Right onto Sincerbeaux Road.
- Marlindale Farm is on the right, parking is across the road on the left.
North East: Cortland, NYS Route 81
- From NY Route 81, North or South, use Exit 11, the Cortland Exit.
- Follow Route 13/Clinton Ave South
- At intersection of Route 13 and Church Street, Route 13 turns left; do not turn: instead, go straight through this intersection onto Route 222/Groton Ave
- Stay on Route 222/Groton Ave/Cortland Rd. into the Village of Groton
- Turn Left at the intersection of Route 222 and Route 38/Main St
- Go through the Village on Route 38; turn Right at the intersection of Main and West South Street to stay on Route 38.
- Route 38 turns to the left onto Peru Road; do not turn: instead, go straight through this intersection, staying on West South Street.
- West South Street bears to the left and becomes Sovocool Hill Road.
- Stay on Sovocool Hill Road to the Intersection with Sincerbeaux Road, which only goes to the left.Take this left onto Sincerbeaux Road.
- Marlindale Farm is on the right, parking is across the road on the left.
