Garden Network
The Community & School Garden Network is for any Tompkins County resident who is using gardens as an educational tool when working in a community or school setting, or who is interested in this type of work. Gardens types are not limited to vegetable, ornamental, container, butterfly, flowers or trees. No experience is required. You may attend one or all sessions. Registration not required but preferred - contact Liz Falk erf59@cornell.edu or 272 2292, ext 268.
Each month the session will be held at a different location in our community to: a) give participants an opportunity to see multiple projects; b) give host sites an opportunity to share projects publicly and to receive feedback; and, c) to provide extra hands for any work the host site may need. If you are interested in hosting a future session at your project or potential garden site, please send a short description of the project, and the name/phone/email of a contact personl to Josh Dolan at jd285@cornell.edu. We will try to include you in the 2010/2011 schedule.
Lastly, if you have a suggested topic for a session, please let us know that too.
