Farm to Fork Ithaca - A Season of Celebrating Local Foods, Wine & Farms

Cornell Cooperative Extension, The Downtown Ithaca Alliance, and the Cayuga Wine Trail have partnered to produce a series of events focused around the harvest season. Come join us in celebration of our local foods, wines & farms!!!

Oct. 10 - The Finger Lakes Culinary Bounty Recipe Contest COOK-OFF

FREE! Finalists will square off to chop, sauté and simmer their way to becoming FLCB’s champion of local foods! Don’t miss this exiting opportunity to watch your friends and neighbors prepare their best local food recipes from kitchens across the Finger Lakes. Get inspired to expand your recipe repertoire and creatively use ingredients available from local farms, markets and even your backyard.

The cook-off will be held at the New York Wine and Culinary Center in Canandaigua, NY. This event is free and all are welcome to watch and be inspired! For more info www.flcb.org.

Oct. 10 - Finger Lakes Artisanal Cheese Open House 11:00 am - 4:00 pm

Fine Field Dining

Harvest dinners on the farm benefit the Healthy Food for All program. Exquisite fine dining in the fields with a four course menu featuring foods and wines of the Finger Lakes.  Tickets are $75; reservations are required.
