ServSafe Food Safety Classes
ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Course
is a nationally recognized and accredited food safety training course which is administered through the National Restaurant Association. The certification course is offered at Cornell Cooperative Extension of Tompkins County several times per year and is taught by a certified ServSafe instructor who is also a Cornell Cooperative Extension educator. The certification is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP).

(2) Tuesdays, April 17th and 24th, 2012 (8:30am-5:30pm both days).
Fee: $165 (payment due at time of registration)

ServSafe Employee Food Safety Training:
is a class in the basics of food safety for people who work or volunteer in food service settings. No certification exam is given at this half-day training but participants will receive a certificate of participation.
