2025-2026 Covered Storage Agreement

As in the past, Tompkins County 4-H will again be providing covered space for you to rent and store your recreational or seasonal vehicle in the Pole Barn at Cooperative Extension’s 4-H Educational Teaching Facility, 4-H Acres. 4-H Acres is located at 418 Lower Creek Road, just off Route 13, in the town of Dryden.

The space is available from Saturday, Oct. 25, 2025, through Saturday, May 2nd, 2026. Special arrangements may be made for storage past May 2, 2026. Space is available on a first come, first serve basis. The rate for storage is $3.00 per square foot.

Attached please find the rental form. If interested in renting space, please print and complete the form and send a check made out to “CCE Tompkins” to reserve your space, and mail it to us at the following address:

If you prefer to complete this form digitally you can do so HERE. Please still mail the check or drop off payment at our CCE Tompkins office. Please note that your space is not saved until we receive the completed form and payment.
