Cornell Cooperative Extension’s State Maple Specialist, Steve Childs, will lead this annual refresher to help maple producers of all levels improve the productivity, efficiency and profitability of their operations. Attendees are welcome to bring their own syrup samples for grading. The workshop will conclude with a demonstration of how to make maple coated nuts.
