Want to start exercising weekly but don't know how to get started? Want to join an exercise group but not leave the house? This is the class for you! Join us on Fridays in May from 11:30am to 12:30pm to explore exercises that you can do at home without using any expensive equipment.

Friday, May 6: Using stretch bands and the physical benefits of exercise
Friday, May 20: Using cans and other household goods as weights and the mental benefits of exercise
Friday, May 27: Different types of exercise and the benefits of stretching
