Seed Money for the Future


A Fund To Support Innovative Programming

Monika Roth, Agriculture Program Leader, is retiring after 40 years of extension programming. Monika asks that in lieu of gifts, donations be made to a fund to continue her legacy of innovative agriculture and horticulture programming. The fund – SEED MONEY FOR THE FUTURE – will support new CCE-Tompkins initiatives that address agriculture, gardening and local foods needs in our community.

Seed Money Mini-Grants

A mini-grant program will be established in 2019 using SEED MONEY to fund great ideas for which Cornell Cooperative Extension of Tompkins County has become known. Examples of investments that have enriched our community with Monika's involvement are:
