 	The Healthy Eating Support Community is a welcoming, non-judgmental,
 and trauma-informed space for anyone struggling with making changes to their
 diet, for whatever reason, and with whatever goals. We are a friendly,
 peer-support group facilitated by people with lived experience of (still!)
 trying to make difficult changes.
 	Join us every other Thursday to build a community of folks
 supporting each other in eating for better health outcomes.  No
 registration required, and you don't need to have attended previous meetings. 
 	All are welcome, and meetings are free!
