Come to this demonstration to learn how to evaluate a pressure canner for safety, how to find and follow recipes, and simple ways to start pressure canning this season. Please note that this is a demonstration only, and that it will just be offered in person. If you have a pressure canner you may bring it for the gasket and gauge to be checked.
