  bio: Adam L. Huss recently moved to Spencer, NY to develop the 
 Wineforest Farm as one of the first wine producing polycultures of its 
 kind in the Americas. Adam is the host and producer of the Beyond 
 Organic Wine podcast, has worked in vineyards and made wine commercially
  in California and Vermont, and ran a winery in Los Angeles for 7 years.
  He's the author of the book Wine Liberated: The Ecological Revolution 
 and the Vintners Inspiring Change, releasing this November 2026 from 
 Chelsea Green Publishing. Adam is the founder and co-producer of the 
 Embracing Hybrid Grapes conference.
