Boiling Water Bath Canning

Learn how to safely use a boiling water bath canner to preserve tomatoes, fruits or pickles with confidence. Participants will receive the most current USDA information on canning procedures and will get hands-on practice canning tomatoes. Everyone leaves with a jar of tomatoes canned in class.
