This 8-session virtual training prepares volunteer Energy Navigators to help others in their community understand their energy use and take steps toward reducing energy use and bills, and switching from fossil fuels to renewables. Topics include understanding energy bills, calculating carbon footprint, home energy efficiency, renewable heating, solar energy, and more. Energy Navigators may also assist with public outreach and K-12 school programming using the PowerHouse, a tiny home on wheels showcasing home energy best practices.
Trainings will be held virtually (via Zoom) on eight (8) Wednesday evenings from 6:00-8:15 pm, beginning April 14th.
