Join the Master Food Preservers for the second in our Food Preservation series, this time focusing on TOMATOES! Learn to make sauce and salsa using a hot water bath canner and fresh, local, organic tomatoes! All materials you need for the class will be provided, and participants receive a jar of each to take home.
