What's eating your vegetable plants? Learn to identify common vegetable insect pests and their damage to plants. The class will cover a variety of ways to reduce insect damage to plants using Integrated Pest Management strategies to reduce or eliminate the use of chemicals in your garden.
About the instructor: Chrys Gardener currently teaches online courses in Organic Gardening and Garden Design at Cornell's School of Integrated Plant Science and manages an ecological garden design and installation business with her husband. Chrys was formerly a horticultural educator at CCE Tompkins, specializing in community gardens and county beautification. She is also a dedicated food gardener, producing most of their vegetables and fruits for the year on their small homestead.
