Learn a new nutrition tip each week then enjoy moving along to Leslie Sansone’s Walking Indoors. These 15 minute videos are accessible for most fitness levels and can be done without any equipment.  

Clear a space, dress to move, and enjoy building strength, increasing your metabolism, improving circulation, and feeling the upbeat endorphins provided by simple exercise.
