Summary of Benefits

Eligibility

Employees hired for...

  • 6+ months and 20+ hours/week are benefits-eligible. 
  • 3-5 months and 20+ hours/week are partially benefits-eligible (no leave). 
  • less than 3 months or under 20 hours/week are not benefits-eligible.

Paid Time Off

CCETC offers generous paid time off to benefits-eligible employees. Time off includes:

  • Paid Holidays - up to 14 per year
  • Vacation Leave - up to 21 days per year
  • Sick Leave - up to 12 days per year
  • Personal Days - Up to 3 per year

The time off above is calculated based on a 40 hour work week. See HR Policy Manual for additional leave details.

Medical and Supplemental Benefits

CCETC offers benefits to eligible employees through Cornell University as part of the Contract College system. Details can be found in the HR Policy Manual. Options include the following.
