  • Thursday, June 14, 2018, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Companion planting and interplanting are two easy techniques for integrating more diversity, resilience, and, beauty, and efficiency into your edible gardens. Come learn about what plants work well together and which don't, which repel bad bugs and which attract good ones, which provide essential nutrients and which block invasive weeds. This class will be hands-on in the garden weather permitting so come dressed appropriately.

Instructor Jennie Cramer is our Horticulture Program Manager and coordinates our Master Gardener Volunteer Program. She is a former conservation biologist with a passion for organic gardening, regenerative agriculture, natural history and botanical education.

Go to the registration page to register and pay online. Pre-registration is highly recommended so participants can be contacted if the class is postponed due to weather.
