What we will do: a solution seeking workshop to address transportation access, as it relates to the social determinants of health, throughout our Finger Lakes and Southern Tier region.

Who should attend: If you work in Healthcare , Human Services, Social Services, Mental Health, Public Health, Disability Service, Mobility Management and/or Public Administration from the Southern Tier and Finger Lakes Region.

Social determinants of health are conditions in the environments in which people are born, live, learn, work, play, worship, and age that affect a wide range of health, functioning, and quality -of-life outcomes and risks.
