Welcome to the 2015 Guide to Foods Produced in the Southern Tier & Finger Lakes! These pages reproduce the printed publication that is compiled by staff at CCE-Tompkins, and distributed free-of-charge by the Cornell Cooperative Extension Agriculture Program in Chemung, Cortland, Schuyler, Tioga and Tompkins Counties to help you locate foods grown or produced in your community.

Within these pages you'll discover an amazing diversity of products from fruits and vegetables to meats and cheeses, from honey and maple syrup to salsa and popcorn. Visit a farm and pick it yourself or have it delivered to your doorstep, buy it at a farmers' market or the neighborhood roadside stand - whatever suits you. When you purchase local foods you enjoy some of the freshest, best-tasting foods available. Buying directly from the producer also gives you the chance to meet and get to know them, and learn about their production methods. Plus, when you buy locally you support the local economy and keep land in agriculture.

So why are you waiting? Get out there and Taste the Difference!
