Cornell Cooperative Extension of Tompkins County is a part a statewide program called Eat Smart New York.
We help families with limited incomes to eat more fruits and vegetables, drink fewer sweetened beverages and practice healthy lifestyles.
Eat Smart New York Nutrition Education is free to all individuals who qualify for benefits through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).
