Tuesdays: 11:00am-3:00pm via Zoom or in office
Fridays: 11:00am-3:00pm in the office (distance appropriate at the meeting table outside the IT office as needed)
These are the best times to contact IT without first submitting a ticket or making an appointment. Please use support tickets at all times when seeking assistance.
Support is available any day via remote support tools, which allow IT staff a safe, secure, one-time connection to your desktop wherever you are via the internet.
(Note: this email address only creates tickets from "Cornell Support". For ongoing staff communications that aren't strictly IT Support requests such as cc'ed staff conversations, please use regular email addresses.)
