Join SNAP-Ed for virtual cooking classes covering the basics of cooking and healthy eating. Each week will focus on different topics to simplify nutritious eating. Over five classes, you will get hands-on, in-depth cooking instruction.

10/10: This week will be a discussion on how to use affordable foods to make healthy meals. Recipe: Kale and White Bean Soup
10/17: This week will focus on making healthy meals with half a plate with fruits and vegetables. Recipe: Veggie Stir-Fry
10/24: Learn how to incorporate whole grains into you diet and how to properly measure ingredients. Recipe: Banana Oat Pancakes w/ a Any Berry Sauce
10/31: Learn how to choose healthy protein options and safe food handling. Recipe: Salmon Cakes w/ Mango Cucumber Salsa
