Join SNAP-Ed for virtual cooking classes covering the basics of cooking and healthy eating. Each week will focus on different topics to simplify nutritious eating. Over five classes, you will get hands-on, in-depth cooking instruction.

10/3: This week is an introduction to the course and a focus on knife skills and safety and how to season foods. Recipe: Skillet Chicken Breast and Apple & Chicken Salad
