Those looking for funding for farms or food projects are invited to a hands-on workshop to support access to a new grant program aimed at supporting farmers. The workshop will take place Wednesday, February 12 from 11am-1pm. Location will be shared soon.

LAND (Land Access Novel Directions) Project Grant Program is intended to increase access to start-up capital, marketing activities, purchase of farmland, machinery equipment or livestock, or capital infrastructure amongst Socially and Economically Disadvantaged (SED) farmers.
There are three tiers of funding, with the first tier application due February 14th. This is right around the corner, but the application is simple and straightforward and can be completed by the time you leave the workshop.
